Peter Mallett, head of the Memphis office, helps Michael keep the Memphis operations alive and kicking when Michael is at the New Orleans office. Peter is a Taurus who loves happy clients and launching sites. Peter is the main point of contact for point2point in Memphis and handles all Memphis based companies.

Steve Samson, senior IT manager and head of operations, handles all the stuff none of us want to deal with. Steve is a Scorpio who is attracted to redundant secure web servers and backup systems. Steve is inaccessible by phone by design and keeps the structure of point2point running smoothly.
Blaine Brown

Blaine, a Leo, has been with point2point since May 2011, and loves every minute of it. Or so she says she does. Working at Michael’s right hand, Blaine tracks project timelines, composes proposals and budgets, and sets up new accounts. She handles pretty much everything that Web Designers don’t.
Blaine’s customer service experience started at the age of 14 when she worked for her mother’s catering company, interacting with clients and shaping menus to reflect the best party atmosphere possible. Since then, she has spent most of her career in the customer service industry, most recently marketing with threecoinstours.com and escape-artists.com.
After only a couple months, she became a Team Leader and has taken advantage of the opportunity to grow and continue learning the exciting industry of Web development.
