Proposals Are Estimates Of Hours
All of our web design proposals are estimates on how many hours it will take to provide the deliverables stated in the proposal.

- For all change requests on demo sites and live web sites, we encourage our customers to email the help desk for better accountability and time tracking. Change requests via email and text are often missed and cannot guarantee any responsibility
- 1 Contact Per Project
- We prefer to one contract per project to avoid change requests overwriting previous change requests
- GoDaddy delegation of domains
For security reasons, we prefer not to have GoDaddy login details and prefer that any domains or hosting packages we need access to are instead delegated to michael@point2pointcentral.com
Here are the steps to delegate access with GoDaddy - cancellation policy
- new vendor support
- cpanel and point2pointclients.com
- billing continues until cancelled via point2pointclients.com
- cannot tell when hosting ends
- cancellation fee can be applied if support is beyond monthly rate
- Old sites need to be added to policies and procedures
