The Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new prospects and interacting with existing customers primarily by phone to increase sales of the organization’s services. The sales representative will generate new business and ensures growth of existing accounts. Point2Point Central specializes in WordPress web design, logo design and branding, and website hosting.

Essential Job Functions

  • Specializes in generating new business in an assigned territory through prospecting, cold calling B2B, networking and referrals
  • Conducts telephone selling activities by assisting customers with information and resources about the companies’ services/products
  • Works closely with customers to preform needs analysis, create solutions, and ensure a smooth sales process. 
  • Responsible for explaining company products and services to customers.
  • Maintains contact with existing client base to increase referrals.
  • Uses technical knowledge of product offerings to support and build sales. 
  • Responds to inbound callers seeking information and presents the products and services that match the needs of the customer.
  • Conducts outbound calls to leads to qualify prospects and make follow-up appointments as needed.
  • May assist in lead development through telemarketing or other promotional activities. 
  • Coordinates with main office to ensure goals are met.
  • Provides support to customers over the phone and may conduct field visits as necessary. 
  • Maintains product descriptions, specifications, digital assets, and categorizations.

Experience and Education Requirements

  • 3-5 Years B2B sales experience preferably in digital marketing or IT Services
  • Prior experience in related field highly preferred. 
  • High School Diploma
