Google Groups allow you to setup a e-mail address that forwards to multiple e-mail accounts.

  1. Log into the Google Apps Control panel for your domain
  2. Select the tab “Groups”
  3. Create a Group
    1. Name: MyDepartment
    2. Email Address: department
    3. Permission Presets: Announcement
  4. Click the Button “Create New Group” to save the group
  5. Add 2 Members to the group
    • Ensure they are set as Members
  6. Add 1 user as an owner
  7. Try the following tests:
      1. Send mail to the group
    • Log into mail as an owner,
