- Disputed payments
If you believe that a payment has been not applied or misapplied to a incorrect invoice, please fax a copy of the endorsed check to 1-866-338-6222 or e-mail a copy to billing@point2pointCentral.com - Non payment of domain name
point2point will NOT renew any domain name on good faith or in gratis and must receive payment with 7 days before expiration date.
- Redemption
30 Days after domain expiration the domain will enter redemption and costs a additional $100.00 + $34.99 to renew.
