Domain Registrar Information
In order to launch your Web site we will need access to your domain registrar, IE where the domain is registered. This might be through GoDaddy, Network Solutions. Please e-mail the login details to

Because our tickets can be seen by the wholepoint2point team, there will always be someone available to respond promptly to your ticket, and there is no risk of your request getting lost in the shuffle.
  • Organization – The ticket system helps manage all of the documents and files related to your project without the chance of any designer, developer, project manager and management missing out on anything related to the project.

Initial Demo Site/Design
Our design and development team get started on the intial design of the Web site the moment the development area is setup. It can often take up to 7 to 10 business days to get to a stopping point on a project and we always appreciate your patience while we make your vision a reality. Once the project is ready for review you will receive a e-mail from this address with a link to the development area.

Turn around time on design and development changes
Because of staff size, it can often it can take up to 48 hours for changes to be made. Michael would love for them to work faster but because of the delicate nature of design and development it still takes time

Why is my text in Latin/Spanish?

Why did you pick that specific image?
Stock photography, much like latin text, is often used as a place holder while we wait for more specific feedback. Often times our design process works by showing you things that are not accurate to your organization to find out what is.

I wanted green, but not that green, is this a big deal?
While we try to select the best color palette for each site, it is difficult to hone in on your preferred color variations and have found we get the best feedback by showing our “best guess” for color palettes. It is extremely easy to change font color, box color or pretty much anything on the Web site, so please let help us discover your palette preference.
