If you wish to forward to multiple e-mail addresses using Google Apps the best thing to do is to setup a group. You need to be an administrator of this domain before you can create or manage groups.
First login to your Google Apps Dashboard and click Create A New Group.
Enter in the group name, this is simply for your records.
Enter in the group email address, such as info or billing
Enter a description for your records.
Select Team and then also click Also allow anyone on the Internet to post messages
Type in e-mail addresses you would like to add to this e-mail forward or group and the click Add.
