Those Recovered Shall Remain Somewhat Unnamed
I decided early on not name a single business or organization I have helped in this story.
Hindsight is 20/20, and I’m sure each one of these organizations wishes they knew what they know now pre-Katrina.
I will however casually mention the famous bread company, the famous restaurant on Poydras avenue known for their roast beef po-boys, a popular hot dog vendor in the French Quarter, major insurance providers, tons of realtors, restaurants, lawyers, and oil and gas associations as some of those assisted after the tragedy.
It’s hard to think of an industry we did not aid–even industries I hadn’t known to exist.
